We are Susan and Ann and have been business partners since 1978. In the 90’s we opened the first bed & breakfast in Indianapolis, IN where we hosted many quilt retreats. That is how we fell in love with our wonderful quilting guests. They came for a 2 to 3 day getaway to enjoy their passion, quilting! After a delicious gourmet breakfast each morning, the quilters  retreated to the sewing room for a fun filled day of camaraderie and laughter.Our love for color led us to selling beautiful quilt fabrics at quilt shows. We color coordinate exclusive one of a kind quilt kits which we sell at shows. When 108" backing hit the scene, we realized how easy this made the finishing of a quilt. And every quilter agreed! So that is a little history about Wood Valley Designs. We look forward to seeing you at one of the many Quilt Shows that we attend.  In the meantime, we are here for you!!
